Hi just having problems in firing up my 4001 box. its goes from TUNE , NIT , then instead of going to BOOT it just flicks on to ERR then repeats the process. I have tried pulling teh red jumper. still no joy. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

make sure simm is seated correctly in its slot.

I've had a few like this , i just leave it a few hours , usually fixes itself.

Looks like it maybe doing an update mate , leave it plugged in overnight.
