Hi peeps

I am new to this stuff and was looking to get virdin media line (at the mo on SKy

). What box would be better?

I would like a box that records while i view other channels and is HD, any suggestions???

I was googling around and saw the starview HD+ box and i saw the eurovox 7000hd, which would be better? would HD actually make that bit of difference?

If there is a eurovox better can someone please suggest it to me!!!

dont bother virgin are going through a encryption change that will render all non official boxes useless

satelitte? would that produce any of the channels? Next door neighbours blooming have 3 dishes on their extention!!!!

if not just my luck when it ends is when i sign on lol

no what i meant is would switching to satelitte allow me to get any channels similar to what vigin would of offered.

nag3 it is being spread from area to area over time? so theres no way of being sure when its your area... though its inevitable?

most of the cable channels are on satelitte but they are encrypted under the sky banner ( nds ) secure aswell.nag 3 should be countrywide at easter or soon after.if you want these channels you need to subscribe.

Yup - satellite or cable you will be paying for your tv entertainment.

If you dont want to pay then you do without.
