Default Whats the longest time you have ever left BRUT3 FORC3 running?

Just wondering?

Whats the longest time you have ever left BRUT3 FORC3 running using DCHP sniff3r?

Mine in the past has been about 6 hours after reading many posts assuring me to use it for a good few hours but not to abuse it. As it's getting harder lately, is 6 hours too long when your desparate for a mac?? I don't use it that often. (but i used it about a month ago for about 1 hour?)

I have explained numerous times why this is a bad idea do a search for brute force as cant be arsed to explain it again but basicly doing it at all is a bad idea and in most places no longer works!

Leaving brute force running for an extended period will have no positive effects on the results. 'Brute force' will (did) only work for the last byte of the MAC...that is, for example:

00:02:00:FC:0F:00
to
00:02:00:FC:0F:FF

In most areas, brute force will not work at all to find useable MACs, it will return some sort of result for every MAC it tries.
