Default eurovox max v

hi there not sure which eurovox box it is but i no it has 8 vents showing, what it is my friend asked me to look at it tried to install channels today starts so far then stop then says no signal but mine which is an old box is working fine ant help with this please tia

is the box black or grey
what does it say in system information
why did your friend ask you to look at it, what has happened, sequence of events
which box do you have
whats your locality

looks like its a max V (should say maxV below the channel indicator)

menu/config/system information (and post what it says)

you also didn't answer all the questions of my previous post

sorry sufferiing a lot of back pain it is the eurovov max v it says on the top rh corner it black =, the system info is

model = dvb-xc boxv tda

s/w = 1.0 st4 apr 18 2008

h/w = 2.0t kf

boot v001

s/w build kuro


i have flashed other box before never touch this one that why i was asking so if i need to reflash what firmware etc please

I take it h/w = 2.0 kf should be k5

you have the latest firmware on your box so a factory default reset and powerscan should be all it needs

am just trying a normal scan at the mo so i cant check probaly mu eyes lol if the scan does not fix it i will do what u said on this factory reset noy sure if there was two settings
