Hello everyone, well going back a while ago i brought a ready prepaired modem (mac included) for around £60 what lasted 2 months. When i came down one morning it was not working any longer and just took you to virmin activation screen. The fella could not longer do it after so i assume i got it off shall we say a middle man.... so i scoured the forum, I brought max 232 cables. Now i need a abit guidence on basicly what the best firmware to load onto it and go about getting it up and running. Any help would be much greatly appricated many thanks.

look here m8 The Layman's guide to flashing Ambit Cable Modems haxorware is best but could be u already have firmware on it type http://192.168.100.1 see if u have.

hello its got infinite firware on it. asking for a password and username.

try un root pw admin or other way round or both or infinite admin

i been reading some guides think im going to give reflashing with haxowares a go.
