Not done this for ages, ive put the ird,dk (straight) into the modded new toxic7 saved the file as myexteep.bin , i open swapbin hex it opens it a blackbox to swap the file, and a dialogue box saying move file to black area (If i click OK on the dialog box it closes the swapbinhex) so i dont, i drag the bin file to black area but it doesnt do anything....can anybody help? thanks

Dont open swapbinhex save it to your desktop and drop the bin file into it.

Now, make sure you have the BK and IRD of all of the boxes before you do the following steps!!!

1 - put the card into the programmer and it will auto-detect the card.
2 - Erase the card.
3 - Run toxic 7. Fill in the relevant sections as follows:

Cam ID - 24/2C/27(depending on your area) 12 34 56
IRD - XX XX XX 12
BK - XX XX XX XX XX XX XX

The XX's above represent the relevant BKs and IRDs for your boxes so fill them in accordingly.

Select the relevant area for where your boxes apply (TW, ex-CW or NTL) and then save the file as myexteep on your desktop.

4 - This is a bin file so you need to use swapbinhex to convert it to a hex file. Simply drag the myexteep.bin file that you just created in the above step over the swapbinhex icon that you previously saved to your desktop (see above). This will covert the bin file into a hex file.

5 - Load the myexteep.hex file to the exteep in the programmer. Write this file to the card.

6 - Load shani's file to flash in the programmer. Write this file to the card.

7 - Turn your box off and insert the card into the slot. Turn your box on. Give it about 10 minutes and you'll be up and running.

This helped me so much.Thank You Can i just say to others that you HAVE to use the new toxic or it will not work also ird goes in backwords i put my box key in normal way and just made up my cam id i put any numbers.Thanks again

Did you get sorted? if not you have to put ird backwards then save.Then drag your saved file over swapbin it will create another file(HEX) on your desk top.Then use that hex file
