I had same problem this morning I suggest u delete all prev bins, ext, hex as u won't use again. !!!

If u don't know box key the IRd box key reader is in downloads all u do is read your card then when you go to ird box key reader you save the external (exteep) then u can read it thenbu will have dets read

download the new toxic sr20 from downloads put in cam ird (reversed) and box key. Leave bottom 2 lines at all o's
click on your provider then save

U will have bin file now use swap bin program and this will change to hex. Now all you do is write the new hex in external (exteep) then write the flash I'm using shanai from downloads. And that's u

help please been readin thru this but a bit confused now got fun in pure ntl was using the sh fix box went down today not quite sure what files i need and where to put them using a phonex any help appreciated please

shani hex file(n*l) is your flash...youll need to completely erase the fun before(make sure you have your details from the card)..create your exteep in sr20 modded toxic 7(use swapbin hex to convert the bin to hex ..available in download section

write exteep 1st
write flash 2nd

done

you need to reprogram card from scratch use shanis flash fix for flash and sr20 toxic for ext using camid number

So is it the cam id and the ird reversed? I cannot remember for the life of me how to do the exteep, is there a tutorial about as i cant find that either?

Okay - this is what you do. Download the shani fix from here and save it to your desktop:

Then, download toxic 7 from here as you will need this to create your exteep file:
Mosc folder

You will also need swapbinhex. You can find that here (save it your desktop as well):

Now, make sure you have the BK and IRD of all of the boxes before you do the following steps!!!

1 - put the card into the programmer and it will auto-detect the card.
2 - Erase the card.
3 - Run toxic 7. Fill in the relevant sections as follows:

Cam ID - 24/2C/27(depending on your area) 12 34 56
IRD - XX XX XX 12
BK - XX XX XX XX XX XX XX

The XX's above represent the relevant BKs and IRDs for your boxes so fill them in accordingly.

Select the relevant area for where your boxes apply (TW, ex-CW or NTL) and then save the file as myexteep on your desktop.

4 - This is a bin file so you need to use swapbinhex to convert it to a hex file. Simply drag the myexteep.bin file that you just created in the above step over the swapbinhex icon that you previously saved to your desktop (see above). This will covert the bin file into a hex file.

5 - Load the myexteep.hex file to the exteep in the programmer. Write this file to the card.

6 - Load shani's file to flash in the programmer. Write this file to the card.

7 - Turn your box off and insert the card into the slot. Turn your box on. Give it about 10 minutes and you'll be up and running.

Basically the same but use just bin exteep instead of hex, and the latest ATMega flash.
