AndyBrock , although i have already tried your suggestion I appreciate your help, i have tried almost everything i can remember about the eurovox but still cannot get sports 4, prem and prem + bravo and modern, not sure if they are all on same transponder but cannot get them on, i have my tbn file backed up so can resort back to my preffered setup, if you or anyone can give me the transponder freq i would be gratefull.

Try adding 403.00 transponder for Sky Sports 4 and missing Movie channels. Or do a deep scan as previously recommended in above threads. To the above poster if you cannot be constructive or positive please do not post your insane comments. Hope someone finds this useful.

Hi Andy.
Am a total noob then it comes to eurovox stuff, i have the same problem as you lost channels, could you pls chat me tho how to add 403 to 403 transponder pls

Ive lost exactly the same channels in the Bolton area, i don't know anything about Eurovox's TBH so if somebody could explain it simply how to fix it i'd appreiciate it. Ta

Hi, I am in Manc and sorted it.

I factory resett and deleted all channel info. Reinstalled latest FW and did a Deep scan without the splitter.

It took 2 trys of this. THe first time it only found 1 freq and that was @ 28%.

Give this a go. I now have everything back up and running. I am using a EX1100USB, I assume we all are who are having this problem. May be a FW issue if it is, but just so long as I get it till N3 arrives, I will be happy

I have an EX1000 SL, like i said in the above i'm a complete numpty and don't know how to do any of the things you just mentioned

Fixed it today with a power scan, although that didn't work yesterday. All channels back now
