when i go to scan channels, The area is kabel deutschland and a message that says internal error please report can anyone help me please thanks

Image has gone corrupt you need to reflash the box.

i have down loaded off tcb.cc bar which one is the best for a sagem x1 and what is the best image to get any information helps i have looked in the dbox stickies having problems getting the crossover cable to sync with the laptop have been in sync with the lap top
