Default Infinity USB Phoenix problem!!!!!

Infinity USB Phoenix

I have the above proger and recently upgrade to win 7.

The proger worked great before that but now it says ' programmer disconnected' !!

I've gone throught the device manager and manualy assigned the driver and still says it. I've unistalled the software and drive and reinstalled both but still nothing!

I've got a much older lappy with win xp on it and its saying error code 10!?!?!

The lights on the proger come on and flash but still nothing. I've also tried a different cable but same results.

Anyone got any idea's or is it new programmer time???

Use XP laptop 1st.

Connect progger.
Locate device in device manager.
Uninstall it (not delete)
disconnect progger
download and install driver from infinityusb.com
connect progger
Select install from specific location > have disk on the wizard
Point the wizard to c:\program files\Infinity USB\driver
let it install the drivers

It should work.

BTW if it's only got a USB port and no serial connector, it's not a infinity USB Phoenix... it's Infinity USB Unlimited or similar. Make sure you download the right driver.
