Default Anyone had this message on virgin

My mate who has pace box in pure Ntl area using a fun 4 has message comes up every few minutes - Information
To access text services press home or guide on your virgin media remote and select interactive

Press ok to close window

all channels still there. Any ideas ????

Defo not !!! Box was done about 2 yrs ago and supplier does loads of them for people I know

bit silly is there a button being pressed accidentally (sat on?) my sammy goes mad when i use my hi-fi remote changing channels like a looney lol

dont need box tell him to use remote and see if return path is on, if it is, he could be in trouble.

yeah, thats the thing to do, ring the CC and complain !!!! , so when he presses home or interactive, does it connect ?????

did i say contact them? NO i was posting that it maybe a ****** box
the person on that post even went as far as taking batterys out of the remote and it still did it
