My sport channel has gone.1 and 3 only. What freq do i need to change it to? Im in Midlands area. Any advice appreciated

Both of them are on the same frequency 530.000........

Thats done the trick, been waiting all week for the boxing on 1 last night. Typical aint it, when you want to watch something.
