Is it possible to cable on the PC through an in built tv tuner? If i use a f adapter it would plug in..where to go from here and what to do next?

ah no, your inbuilt tuner is a dvb-t, cable requires dvb-c to tune in and then with a little help of a pluggin you can watch the encrypted channels.

Just to expand on what timetrex said - if your TV card is a DVB-T card then no, if it's an analogue input card, then yes.
Easiest way to tell - does your card accept an aerial socket only (in which case it's DVB-T) or can you plug in S-Video/red/white/yellow phono leads (in which case it's Analogue)? If it's Analogue then just plug in the feed from your cable box's output directly into the card, and plug in an IR blaster between your media centre remote receiver and stick it on the front of your cable box. As I found out this weekend, it's easier than it sounds.
