could anybody giv me the link for the firmware for ex7000 HD+. I bought my hd box 2day for £170. I allready have a euroxox tthat works fine, am i right in installing the hd version the same way as i did with the standard obviously i will need different firmware.

hi m8 you could also down load big mac it has all the files and fixes and the last firmware just flash to your ub stick and the on to your box do a factory reset and scann it has 12 fav channels and it sorts it for you autom good luck .

hi m8 just goole it download and install its tool bar but it is really good worth doing.

Got all the channels now, but i dont have sly sports HD,Sly movies HD ETC Iv got espn hd bbc hd and mtv hd and few others hd but not the sky hd channels? Do you or any body else know why ?

Virgin Dont have the SHY HD channels. There arnt that many on Virgin at the moment

My advice would be to send it back - you will be losing all the pay cable channels in a matter of weeks once the encyption is changed in your area..
