electric cars - Top Speed
I saw a similar story in "shortlist" a while ago, with a car that had a max clock speed of 124MPH, and it looked really nice as well. On a full charge(30kw), it is able to travel from London to Manchester. At current electricity costs, that works out at just about £20 or so, which is quite cheap! Its amazing that electric cars can now have a clock speed of 234MPH, and they look good which is absolutely fantastic! Ive also noticed that in the PC industry, we have been very efficient unlike car manufacturers, who have basically given in to the oil industry. We are now running out of oil and need to be a greener society or risk massive fines from Brussels, and gov't legislation is the only thing thats made manufacturers(really quite quickly) turn their automobiles in to green vehicles, without sacrificing speed or luxury A great man once said, if cars advanced at the same rate of PC's, then we would be driving in cars equivalent to formula one Ferraris(as the standard middle class car) and would also be able to drive around the world on only one gallon of fuel Well they actually said something like if cars advanced at the same rate of PC's, we would all be driving in high speed cars, and able to drive around the world one one gallon of fuel Bloody oil barons; we could all be driving Ferrari's now!
