I have a Arnet a700c and live in kirklees area, all my channels have gone missing and its saying waiting for code update, what is my next step please help??

Your area has had the new secure encryption rolled out to it. Take your receiver outside and drown it in a bucket of water to put it out of its misery, as its useless now unless you want to watch the half dozen psb channels you will have left.

Your next move is to ring the lovely people at VM customer services and tell them you want give them oodles of money every month for whichever channels you wish to watch..

Alternatively you can move over to Sky and pay them oodles of money instead!

These are your only options - either you pay or you do without.
