Question help on docsis1.1

right so i got a 00:13 mac, i think its 20 mb on docsis 1.1, when i try it, i get a 1360byte config file, im guessing its a working 20mb but, i get:
Acquire Downstream Channel Done
Obtain Upstream Parameters Done
Upstream Ranging Done
Establish IP Connectivity Done
Retrieve Time of Day Done
Negotiate security Done
Receive configuration Done
Register connection Done
Cable modem status registration complete

how can i change it to operation

this is what my modem went like when it went off with a 00:14 mac, so if its just the mac being blocked someway, can someone tell me what macs are docsis 1.1 or how i can get online with this mac, any help appreciated thanks.

You've already been told mate, Docsis 1.1 MACs now enforce BPI+.

You don't have valid certificates for the MAC so you can't use BPI+ itself, BPI+ bypass doesn't work on VM either.

Use a d1.0 MAC.

BPI+ cannot be used on docsis 1.0, it's a feature of Docsis 1.1

The modems currently on 1.0 could be moved over to docsis 1.1, and also there's something odd going on with DHCP at the moment...which seems to leave us, erm, screwed.
