Question whats d best alternative for chiped VM box

Hi all,

just joined n iv been browsin around tryin to get sum answers but I realy am a newb wen it comes to this kind of thing and its all just too tecknical for me.

I got a chiped VM box off a freind that stoped workin a few days ago, im guesin dis has sumtin to do with N3.

is there anyway of gettin my VM box back online? or if not can sum1 suggest d best alternative I could buy?

please b gentle with me im not a computer wizz but I know enough to get me bye n im a quick learner. please explain any tecknical terms (sorry, lol.)

not wishing to sound techy, simple answer to your question is call v/m or sly and get a thing called a subscription that way all your channels magically reappear

Heres a totally none technical answer for you

You either subscribe to Sky or VM or you do without - the days of freeloading for cable tv are drawing to a close.

Your choice.

i know u wernt takin d **** stuss n id be pissed off if evry1 was askin me d same questions all d time but im just finding dis out so needless to say im a bit gutted.

wot about d eurovox box (or similar) will they still work? or failing that are free sat boxes any good?

ps. river-rat is a blurt who gets off by rubbin dead flys on his nipples

Insulting people when you only have 3 posts..not a good move.

No, eurovox won't work either...nothing will.

If you want to ask about satellite, best place for answers is the satellite section rather than cable

No third party boxes will work at all. (Well you will be able to watch BBC ITV C4 & C5) Only official VM equipment will work for the pay channels - and you will only get whichever channels you decide to pay for.
