Hi. Seeing all these recent posts for frequency changes (Glasgow, Lvrpool, etc.) forced me to check all my channels and found that a lot of the Discovery channels are missing (Signal not found). These are currently on 714. Anyone know of the frequency changes for the Manchester area ?

Well it looks like the oldham area has been hit with Nagra 3 so you may want to check its not that.

No. .. dont think its that.. all other vermin channels, including premium are all okay. I just think they have switched frequencies. Im trying to avoid a power search thats all.

Oldham is not N3 yet!

I have friend who lives there had lost SS4 during week & wanted it for the cricket (personally I would rather watch a black screen)!!!! Anyway it is now on 403 Mhz - hope this helps.

Ok, if oldham hasnt been hit where have all my channels gone. Done the usual to get them after they dissapear and nothing.

Can't answer that - I live in scotland !

it was only friday that 403 Mhz workd for Sky sports 4 & some movie channels so try that!

Have you tried factory resetting box, deleting all channels & power scan?

Hmm, anything else i can try, done a factory reset and 3 power scans and all im getting is bad signal.

I have a EX1000 and loaded 403 MHZ this morning and bingo..it works.

Here we go.
Press menu
Installation
User installation
Press Yellow for Channel edit
Press red for add frequency
Set frequency to 403MHZ
And rate to 6.952
Save this by pressing OK button
Go back to channel list
Press red to update channels
Your done!

I am in the Manchester area.
