So it's not the smaller Unlimited version? Check Device Manager for what port number your COM port has been assigned to. Change it to COM1 if you can, that should make things easier (don't forget to change the port in Nagra Edit as well).

Even if card is no good it doesnt make the box stuck in tune, have a look in eng menu if net id is starred out, if so look in downloads for the stuck in tune guide.

it wont let me look on menu it just goes 2 tune

Hold down while you boot the box, that normally bypasses certain errors on PACE boxes.

Yeah sorry my previous reply I just saw you were having problems reading the card, didn't spot it was stuck on tune.

Tune is nothing to do with the card.
You have signal on the other boxes so we can rule that out too.
Tune is also nothing to do with the netID...it sets itself on 4001's in pure anyway.

4001's get stuck in tune ALWAYS because of shorted / open capacitors on the board.

Dalmations stuck in tune guide covers how to fix this.

BUT with N3 almost here, is it worth the hassle? Only if you're doing it out of general troubleshooting interest.
