hi can anyone help please i got a pace box its stuck on tune and wont reboot can any one help please

What box are you using? If it's a PACE 4000, 4001 or 4010, reflow the PL5 connector near where the cable feed goes in (you will find the connector inside the box).

It's probably as River-Rat said then, a network fault in your area. Try your box again in a few hours and see if the problem is rectified.
