How to tell you have been nagra3 'ed

Hi,
If your channel is coming up insert card you have probably been changed over to nagra3 on those channels.
Now if it just comes up service unkown this is probably a frequency change and all you need to do is do a factory reset and let it find the transponders
to get those channels back.
