can anyone help me i have lost sky sports 1 out of the sports categorie but i have found it in the all chanels categorie but how do i get it back in the sports section

I think its starview 4 when it comes on it says THE BOX SUPER USB

do a factory reset and rescan your box m8 if you start missing some channels install v1.12 firmware

I don't know how to do a factory reset and where do i get v1.12 from and how do i install it. I hope you can help me in easy to understand instructions as i'm not very good at this.

menu then factory settings >ok>password 0000 > english ok > select your provider ie TW NTL EX C/W > auto scan wait untill scan is complete exit out then press menu 1570 this will take you to a secret menu press ok on default key then make sure keycode says on then exit to a $ channel and wait for update

this is from memory if i have missed something could someone please add
