Can diablo 2.3 light via cas 3 plus with 192 uw open '' freextv1/2+ frenchlover+dream+ redlight prem ,aljazira s1,.....s12 '' ? Or card is needed.

Only the new Diablo 2 cam, loaded with Ipnosys files, or the Diablo Wi Fi, loaded with the latest Underworld, can open any of those channels.
The Diablo 2.3 is the older version and can only open the same channels as any patched receiver.

Have you loaded the latest Ipnosys 13?
Have you also loaded the latest Diablo keys bin file? You can find a keys bin file in the Satellites folder Diablo Keys bin sub folder.
Are you sure you have gone into the configuration menu and set Emulators to ON?
What channels are you trying to open?
Which satellites can you receive?
What receiver do you have?

yes i have to do all off this bat nothing ....

i have gamma it works in t-rex an open the bulsat bat when i used with diablo nothink...

the diablo recognize the gamma cart bat don't open it why ?

Check the Diablo 2 Channel List thread, by Compass, and see if any of the channels, in the latest post, are opening.
