Default Scrambled Channels

Why do I keep getting scrambled channels? I seem to be doing everything right? What firmware is it I need to get these channels working? Could that be the problem?

Any help is appreciated.

Nagravision is an encryption method used by both satellite providers.
This locks and secures their channels so that only subscribers who have authorization can view.

First you need to check if your area have gone N3.
Where do you live?
