The server should be running pretty well most of the time as we're now running on 8MB of RAM - but, if the site access issue is not due to IP filtering, or DNS problems, then we're looking at a potential ISP routing issue which is more serious (though hopefully will not come to that).

As ever, though, keeping options open on how to address everything - we originally moved from the first DDoS protection company tried precisely because their filtering was so brutal.

you might have a couple more mb to play with now as i've cleared my inbox!

Presumably that should be 8GB.
Whoops - yes, 8GB. Just to confirm, we're not running on a ZX81 server.

Probably within a couple of months, when the flood of new threads from new members asking about N3 and suggesting it can be hacked, stop.

I deffinately had DNS related issues from work all day friday we use a squid proxy which unfortunately I dont have access to but any attempt to access the site resulted in squid returning a DNS timeout error although if I did an NS lookup against the domain it returned an ip instantly although trying to browse to the site via ip resulted in a error of I think 502 bad gateway request with ignx at the bottom of the page, I have been able to access fine today though!
