Default Any issues with 2 CAMs? And how to avoid them?

Hi, I have two cards - Irdeto and Viaccess and I am looking for a new HD receiver. First of all I cannot find a single receiver that would have Irdeto and Viaccess card readers, it looks like I will have to go with CI CAMs for each card that I have, which adds cost... but ok...

I was told that if I have a receiver with 2 CI slots and if I use two CI CAMs this will not always work well. There will be some 'freeze-ups'. I was advised to go for an Alfacrypt TC CAM that can accommodate two cards and does not create any issues. However looking at Alfacrypt TC I don't get an impression that it can read Viaccess cards. Is anybody familiar with this CAM? It's pretty expensive as well...

What is the general opinion on this topic - do you also suggest NOT to buy two CAMs? Or it works just all right for you?

What HD receiver would you recommend? I want a user-friendly receiver, not one where I need to sit with a laptop in front.

thanks!
