hi guys im Bob from cardiff, i have a eurovox max-v black. My Virgi* M*dia Box was not working so i called up one of there guys to come and sort it out. I have two connections one with my Eurovox and one with the Virgi*, in different rooms. I disconnected my eurovox when the engineer came round, and he gave me a new Virgi* box. When i reconnected my eurovox the channels would appear but they wouldnt come on so i done a rescan but it wouldnt find the transponders TP 00. I later realised i had connected the cable into the wrong port in the back of the eurovox, so i tried to scan it again this time with the cable connected into the RF input (top left connection) and it still wont find any transponders.
So basically ive deleted all my channel data and cant find any channels with a new scan, please can somone help me with a cardiff channel data file or any other help. I have been reading the forums all day and have posted this after trying all that i can, thanks guys

have you inserted the correct symbol rating for cardiff 6.887 0r 6.952 then try a power scan

thanks for replying, yep ive tried both of them still no transponder, i hadnt updated my eurobox for agges a good 1 and a half years, i was so stupid to plug it into the wrong port and loose all my channels i was happy with just all the sky sports lol

you may need to reflash your max, have you also tried factory default - i`ll pm you the f/w needed

f/w needed is dated 30.11.2008
