when this n3 or what ever it's called hits ntl what would be another box i could get that would work on the ntl feed as i dont have a out door areial so a free view box is a no go just would like to no if there is another option apart from paying thanks

This question has been answered multiple times before and those threads have been deleted. You will not be able to use any cable box to receive free TV (unless you wish to view FTA only). You don't need an outdoor aerial, you can get a cheap indoor aerial for around £10 and use that to get a freeview signal.

Not for cable, no !

Best you could hope for is cardsharing but chances are you'll still end up paying for that particular priveledge.
