Default My starview box has gone off in Leeds

Hi - I wonder if anyone can help. My starview box has gone off in Leeds so I have given it to my brother who lives in hertfordshire as hopefully N3 has not impacted that yet. I am trying to scan for channels but don't know where to begin as I am not even sure of the provider... any help greatly appreciated!<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

TBH this has nothing to do with N3 working as a PVR..He just wants to rescan his starview.
