Which area are you in? I think some parts of Ireland used Nagra2 after Nagra1, but I haven't heard of any part of England, Scotland or Wales using it. So far as I know, we're all going straight from N1 (which vplug works with) to N3 (which vplug doesn't).
Has your area moved to Nagra3, because that will definitely stop vplug (and every other decryption tool) working!

I suspect Vplug is misleading you somewhat.
It appears that it cant tell the difference between N2 & N3. |

If the N1 streams are still available then you need to force Vplug to use them by ignoring the N3 streams.

I dont know specifically for that plugin but there will be an option or control file somewhere that allows you to give precedence of N1 over N3 or possibly exclude the N3 streams from consideration altogether.
You'll probably have to find a manual/readme for Vplug listing all its options and/or control file entries. edit: Doesn't Vplug list the available streams/systems in its top panel ? Can you not just select the appropriate stream (system 1800) and tell it to use that as preference ? Edit again: Bring up Vplug control panel and select preferences icon. Scroll down the main settings until you get to caid ignore list and enter the caid thats causing you problems (is it 1841 - cant remember). That should force Vplug to use the 1800 (N1) system rather than the N3 system. You could also probably manually edit vplug.ini and add the following to the bottom of the [main] section CAID_IgnoreList = 1801, 1802, 1841 or if the CAID_IgnoreList entry is already in the file, just append the streams you want to ignore (1841).
