Default Cannot copy .xml files back to box

Something happened to my bouquets so I tried to restore an old backup of services.xml and bouquets.xml. I've done this previously after installing a new image but now I get an ftp error when trying to copy them accross to /var/tuxbox/config/zapit. See error below

Command: STOR services.xml
Response: 553 Could not create file.
Error: Critical file transfer error

Is this anything to do with file permissions on the zapit folder?

Thanks

It could be that your image has gone read only, they do that when you overfill them. You would have to restore a backup image or a new image onto the box, you should be able to save the magic files from your image first if you don't have them saved already

Thanks, I think you were right. Done a rescan but can't get back to where I was yesterday. Seems like i'm experiencing N3 woes; sports still there but no movies. N3 is reported to have been rolled out here (Brighton) but, it didn't happen overnight so I wonder why my box worked fully yesterday. I only came un-stuck when I lost the bouqeuts when I froze the box trying to record to file.
Do services.xml and bouqeuts.xml keep getting updated automatically according to what's happening on the network? If so perhaps my back-ups are too far out of date to get my box back to yesterday's set-up.
Is it possible for my box to have continued working even with N3 around? Seems unlikely but I'm confused.
