Hiya fellas

Just wondering if someone could help me, I've been setting up my Protek Unixbox 500 and some how I've deleted 13 east and when I try to rescan it it tells me its "tried all transponders and no lock was possible" any ideas? I can't get it too scan again as I can't get it past this message.

I think it's running on Dreambox 500 if it helps

Reinstall an image on it mate, strange it can't get a lock, that means that it is not receiving a good enough signal to lock on the sat, your dish can't be right.

Its green ticking the box as locked and is getting in the 90's on all over sats? I did have it but it was deleted from the list as I had it twice and wanted to remove it as I first scanned it when the dish was slightly off. I've tried everything I can think of but it won't move to the sat to try and gives me the same msg everytime. Is there a way I can force it to scan?
