What you need is a FTP programme , Firefox do a very good one called FILEZILLA , free and pretty easy to use ,
enter ip address , (of stb) usermane + password (root + dreambox on mine) it will then connect to your stb , and list all files and folders in tree-like form , navigate to the correct folder and drag + drop (pc folders are listed on left of prog , stb on right) good luck |

If its been set up by a third party (for a pay server?) and has been password protected then you are stuffed.
You can always flash a new image as that will erase your c/s settings.

Nottingham should be the same as Lincoln, the channels were sorted into favourites with 60 "Teleport" channels added. You load to /var/tuxbox/config/zapit/ then reload channel lists or hard re-boot (pull the power).
