hi can someone please explain to me.
mobile broadband dongles 1.you can unlock so that you can use on any network--------------that part i understand. 2. but does that give free unlimited broadband using these dongles????? --this is the important question. can anyone please correctly answer this question for me please |

Answer to question 2. NO
It just means you can put any SIM in it, i.e from another provider.

Depending on when it was registered you can get upto 12 months free internet access but it does have restrictions.
1/ If you use it on a non Iphone and they catch you its disabled 2/ If you use more than about 1-2Gb per month they either charge you extra per Mb (at a horrendous rate) or disable the sim. You really cant use these things as your main internet access unless you specifically buy an internet package for use with a dongle. packages meant for mobile phones are just too limited. On a mobile phone 1Gb is effectively classed as unlimited but you could easily get through 1Gb in a few hours on a PC so you can see a mobile phone sim really isn't the correct choice except as an emergency backup. |
