Hi m8,
Have one on the way, should be with me in a day or two. From what I've been reading and checking out it looks good. I've changed my LNB to a Quad one and aim to have this in one room and my other receiver in another, this way I can compare the results from both. I'm also getting a UHF aerial as well in order to pick up the Digital stations and I have a Hard Drive on standby to fully test the box. Looks like I'll be busy over the next few days - I'll let you know how I get on. D |

Thanks for your reply. I agree it looks like a nice piece of kit. My father wants me to set one up for him with a dish and an aerial so it looks like busy times ahead for both of us. I'll report back when up and running. Don't hold your breath though, could be quite awhile.
![]() Just to add, I believe there is a firmware download available which allows use of a certain companys ftv card.

First impressions are good,
*Easy to use Menu System. *DTT and Sat Stations can be combined on the one Favs list. *Good picture quality. Need to test out the Hard Drive and PVR system next. Will post some photos later. By the way getting great receipton on the DTT channels with very little required in the way of setting up the UHF aerial, just a matter of pointing it in the general direction of 3R. Also no need for too much height, have mine sitting on the roof of the shed and getting over 90% strength. Also I love the multi coloured teletext, big change from the old bland one. Will come back with more updates later. D |
