Unhappy NagraEdit

I am using NagraEdit to read from the card. The usb lead is working ok, When I try to open up the card this is what I get: Opening of COM4 was successful
Reset failed Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM4 was successful
I get this using any of the ports. The software is set up to com port 1 with high speed pci port 3 can any one help me with this.

Have you got the programmer in phoenix mode 3.68 ?
Go into device manager and click on the com ports card and check that drivers are enabled and ports are working, and make sure you set the correct port you are connecting to in nagra edit by clicking on options then communications.
If everything is ok then the card is dead.
