x-cam and cas 2

this is a tutorial how to programme the x-cam with a
cas2 programmer and the addon board, the dummy card, and the 20pin cable.
plug the addon board in the cas2 then plug the 20 pin ribbon cable in the
addon board and the other end of the cable to the dummy card.
then follow the instructions in the attached tutorial document.
