Hard one to decide there, so many good ones not mentioned yet. 3 of my personal faves not mentioned are SAW, Final destination, and el mariachi / despeardo / once upon a time in Mexicio...

... And how could you forget the one, the only, STARWARS trilogy. I know it isnt a trilogy any more, but it still is in my heart.

For me, I'd have to say the Matrix, if only because the first film was so incredibly awesome.

For me, it's definitely Lord of the Rings. I can't believe that it wasn't included in the poll! Star Wars is my second, with The Godfather trilogy being my third.
