Hi, Are you able to receive Pay Per View programs through the Eurovox box as the kids want to watch some Wrestling event that is coming up and I don't know how to access it if you can get it

You should be able to get these, but you may have to scan for channels in the run up to the event. Best bet is to have a channel hop through all your channels an hour or 2 before the event starts, hopefully you will see the "starting soon" caption.
