hi guys,
just installed my vox3 great box got loads of channels but i cant seem to watch prem+ the screen says unknown source when an event is on any ideas around this one.when no event on the screen displays welcome you r now subscribed to prem+ ??
welcome any feedback cheers guys.

try doin manual scan on the frequency premplus is on next time, do it when screen is blank, it normally works

If that fails just use auto scan, worked for me.

Ye m8 i was the same (u are now subscrived to this channel) came in lzast week thought yippee got prem plus t watch the game , the bump black screen of death , was like wtf .. thing is me arl fella wont let me rescan now as hes scared of losin what he has already skysports1 etc , :ermm:

No you will be fine if you do a manual scan on the prem plus frequency, when the screen goes blank rescan, if you do a manual scan you are not even messing with Sky Sports 1.

manual scan on 411.00 should do when an events on wont change your channel names no hastle and takes 2 secs. thtl get it sorted

Did an auto scan today and it worked great took a few mins but it worked and it did not alter any of my channels i already had.and liverpool won even better happy days :banana:

OK how to do a manual scan.

Press MENU, Select INSTALLATION, USER INSTALLATION, enter pin 0000.

That will bring you on to User Installation.

Select the Channel frequency you wish to manual scan and press OK (a tick should now appear)

Press Blue button (manual scan)

That should be job done.
