Newbie Needs Help With Sagem Dbox2

I have acquired a Sagem D-Box 2 but it is all in German. Where can I get Services and Bouquet updates for the Reading (NTL Area) that are in English
and then what do I need to do to load them into the box.

As you can tell I am an absolute novice at this and need some step by step help.

I am sure there is some gem out there who can put me out of my misery.

have u searched this section at all? there is a guide within the downloads section u dont need any networking experiance nor do u need the services and boquet files as u will get these when u re image and do a service scan!!!
u also need to check if its a 1x or 2x image that u need.
