set technomate up to use sky card

i have a technomate 1500ci+ and a sky box, is there anyway of setting my technomate box up such that i can use my sky card in it and then do away with the sky box, many thanks from a newcomer to this.

What about using a Dragon cam in your TM1500, wouldn't that solve the problem.

I have a Clone of your box, A Cl**** Tec. I understand with a ****** Cam for around say £50.00 you solve your problem.

Try a good reseller like the link on this site, ask them.

it can be done but you cant get rid of the official receiver and
it must be left on standby with the phone line connected to it,then
use a dragon cam in your tm 1500, turn the patch off when useing this or
any other cam in a patched receiver.to get it to work you must enter the official [receiver number] not the [card number] in the cam menu so the cam can read the card. [you find the official receiver number in the receiver menu]
but you cant get rid of the official receiver! the card has to be returned
every week or so overnight to keep the card updated, if you dont do this you will loose the premier film channels etc: this will only work with a official
subscription card for the provider.
