Hi m8..
If you have a Clarke-Tech receiver with a USB connection then you can use this tool (above) to manage the new firmware or softcam and upload it to your USB memory stick Then you would plug in the USB memory stick to your Clarke-Tech to update it It is a similar idea to the 1.8.7 loader you use for non-USB Clarke-Tech boxes but instead of using the RS232 Null Modem lead to transfer data you use a USB memory stick..
