Can anyone tell me why my AU for premier is not working? When it goes down, I have found that it is only 2 hexedecimal characters in one set of keys that is changing to the wrong setting. When I change these 2 characters manually, everything is ok for a day or so.

 My TM 1600 updates in a minute or two but only on one of the Premiere 1 through 4 channels.

I'm not using any cards, just a 1000Ci. Is it the case that when I turn my stb on the first time that I need to turn it off and then on again for the update to take effect?

With the latest few patches you have the option of switching AU on/off. Menu->Installation->Options. As far as I'm aware this does not involve re-booting the box.
