I was updating, or playing around with the keys files ie trying to upload a set of keys using a .bin file and DarkMan loader.

The bin file read and was writing untill 99% then it just stayed there for a couple minutes. Me being impateint clicked cancal but the box is no frozen !! The display simpley has one horizontel line on it and it is not being recognised by the Darkman loaders atall (it says "please turn on and connect receiver").:confused_smile:

I am screwed as its not my box lol. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix/reset the box please help me I would be very grateful.

It is a Technomate TM-1500 CI+ Super if tha helps. I use a motorised dish with no CAM's or anything and have the latest Darkman Patch 2.48. The .bin file I was tring to update was from a set of TPS keys I found somewhere on this site. It froze whilst updating via the TPS tab in the Darkman loader.

Have you tried loading it with a boot or software file?

download this file

unzip it
then

1. run your Darkman loader
2. browse to the file you have just downloaded from the link
3. click connect
4. switch your reciever off @ the back
5. switch it back on again
6. loading will start automaticaly

thats it let it load as normal

never load tps bin files!!!

As usual this forum and you people come to the rescue.

Compass, I had no idea that I should "never load tps bin files" so thanks for the advice I thought I could TPS back that way.

Anyway Im testing the forced download now I think it should work.
