dbox2 help

hello everyone. complete newbie. used to install tv and broadband, so if I can be of any help there. Have got a Dbox2, Sportster installed and working. Only thing is, one or two channels not available. mainly Premplus, BBC3 and 4 and now film4 amongst others. Any way of getting them back?

yes mate, probably changed frequencies or something, just do a transponder scan

go into Dbox and select services and then select service scan, make sure you leave the bouqets as " leave current "

everything A ok now thanks m8. forgive me, silly question. although the premplus feeds there, will I have to do a manual scan whilst it`s actually broadcasting, just like eurovox?

As you've found the feed, you shouldn't need to scan again - unless it moves again

if channel does ever move just do a scan under bouquet change selection to leave current then run scan - at least this way u wont end up with a load of test channels etc..
