i have a sagem dbox2 with sportster 1.7+ uk05
the yweb version on it is 1.2.0 what i wanted to know is how easy is it to update it to a newer version i am new at all this, and have tried but got errors and had to reflash the darn thing. i thought it could be done through the yweb but it dont have that option on mine tried the brute force method and thats when it went wrong..lol xx.lisa.xx |

i cant edit my post so had to do this..anyways
when i put the files into the dbox /tmp directory and run the install.sh file the box comes up saying "executing linux command" but the progress bar dont seem to go up :ermm: is there any reason why it wont do it? |

sorry to reply to my own posts again..lol
but have it installed and gettting this error when i telnet nhttpd nhttpd: symbol '_ZTVSt15basic_stringbufIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEE ' has different size in shared object, onsider re-linking [nhttpd] Neutrino HTTP-Server starting i believe its to do with the libstdc++.so.6, i have got 2 from different images, tried them both but still have this error. can anybody help please..:bunny: xx.lisa.xx |

I've never had much success updating Yweb - in version 2 it's in tools/yinstaller, but I always get a German error message.
Have you considered using a newer image? |
