Need user guide for sagem d-box2 with sportster pro

Need user guide for sagem d-box2 with sportster pro on it, i can't flash it cause i don't know how to and i dont have the leads and i could do with a user guide for it so i can search for new channels.

Just had a look and it all come's out in some sort of code i.e

the files are compressed and you need a program called winrar to extract them..google for winrar, download,install

then double click the rar files u downloaded.
