hi i am back again with my diablo cam and my sat receiver

hi guys it took less than a minuite for my diablo cam to completely erase all of the chanels on my technomate 5500 receiver i simply did what i always do when i change the audio settings becuase sometimes when you change the audio settings i do not get any sound i simply go back to the previous chanel an then go back to the one that i want to veiw but in doing so all of my 24 satelite leaving me to have to completely reprogram my receiver as this is my second encounter i would like to know if any of you guys had ever had this kind of problem thank you all who would reply:angry_smile:

Hi m8 i have been having the same problem with my 5500 DAPCI. I use a Diablo cam or Matrix Reloaded but i've found if you try and alter/delete loads of channels with the cam inserted it tends to crash and it looses the channels and new transponders so i now have all the new transponders and satellites in a file on my pc and if it crash's i can connect it up to my pc and simply upload them which only a couple of mins. You need to go to the Technomate website and download a file called DTSLink4.0 you will also need a nullmodem cable and a spare serial port. If you need further help pm me
